General conditions of sale
Article 1 – Purpose
These general conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of Renaitre and its customers in the context of the online sale of products offered on the site www.renaitre-shop.com .
Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.
Article 2 – Products
Products offered by Renaitre include:
Silicone breast areolas (donor models and custom-made): each areola is made to order and adapted to the client's choices (size, shade, shape).
Boxes (impression kits, ready-to-use areolas)
Accessories (medical glue, cleaner, storage pouch).
The products are handcrafted and may have slight variations, without affecting their quality.
The photographs and descriptions on the site are provided for information purposes only and are not contractually binding.
Article 3 – Price
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC).
Delivery costs are specified when the order is confirmed and are added to the price of the products.
Renaitre reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of the order.
Article 4 – Orders
The customer selects the desired products and confirms their order after having read these T&Cs.
The order is final upon receipt of full payment.
Renaitre reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a prior dispute with the customer.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Accepted payment methods are: credit card, PayPal, or any other solution offered by our service provider.
Bank details are processed securely by our service providers and are never stored by Renaitre.
Article 6 – Delivery
Delivery conditions (areas, times, costs) are specified in our Delivery Policy .
Renaitre cannot be held responsible for delays related to carriers or cases of force majeure (strikes, bad weather, etc.).
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Therefore, all areolas (donor models or custom-made) are made specifically according to the customer's choices (size, shade, shape) and cannot be returned or refunded.
Sealed products (e.g. glue, cleaner) cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.
Only standard, non-personalized accessories (e.g. storage pouch) benefit from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Article 8 – Returns and refunds
In the event of an accepted return, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the products by Renaitre.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used when ordering.
Article 9 – Liability
Renaitre cannot be held responsible in the event of:
Improper use of products.
Normal wear and tear of products.
Indirect damages related to the use of the site or products.
Delays or problems related to carriers.
Article 10 – Intellectual property
All texts, images, logos and content on the site www.renaitre-shop.com are the exclusive property of Renaitre.
Any reproduction, distribution or use without authorization is prohibited.
Article 11 – Personal data
The information collected during orders and exchanges is necessary for customer relationship management.
They are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy .
Article 12 – Applicable law and disputes
These T&Cs are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, the customer may contact a consumer mediator or the competent French courts.
