Refund Policy
At Renaitre, each areola is handcrafted with the greatest care.
Our products are personalized (made to measure or semi-made to measure via the choice of sizes and colors) and therefore fall within the framework of the legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal provided for by article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
This means that, unless there is a proven defect in the product, no refund or return can be accepted after validation of the order.
Produits personnalisés (sur-mesure & semi-mesure)
All areolas made based on your impression (custom-made) or according to your choice of size and color (donor models) are final and non-refundable.
Once the order is released into production, it cannot be cancelled.
Standard products (accessories)
Non-personalized products such as medical glue, special cleaner or storage pouch are eligible for a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt.
To exercise this right, the product must be new, unopened and in its original packaging.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective products or error on our part
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, or if an error has been made in your order, we undertake to offer:
a free exchange, or
a full refund (including initial delivery charges).
To do this, contact us within 7 days of receipt with supporting photos.

The refund will be made within 14 days maximum from receipt of the return.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.
