At Renaitre, we do everything we can to ensure your orders reach you quickly and securely.
This delivery policy aims to clearly inform you about shipping times, costs and conditions.

Other destinations: on request, please contact us before ordering.
Preparation and shipping times
Custom-made kits and donor areolas: shipped within 3 to 4 business days. The impression kit is sent quickly, but the handcrafting of your areolas then requires an additional period of approximately 3 weeks before final shipment.
Glues, cleaners and accessories: prepared and shipped within 6 to 7 working days.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your package leaves our workshop.
Note: Areolas, whether from donor models or custom-made, are manufactured specifically according to your choices (size, shade). These products are not kept in stock, which may involve additional manufacturing time.
Delivery costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on weight and destination.
Order tracking
Each order is shipped with a tracking number, which will be sent to you by email.
You will then be able to track your package in real time.
Delivery problems
If your package arrives damaged or is not delivered within the announced time frame:
Contact us as soon as possible at renaitre.contact@gmail.com, indicating your order number.
We will contact the carrier and find a suitable solution together (return, refund, etc.).
